SMS Terms: Golf Dept HQ Alerts

The program

Golf Dept HQ Alerts is the text message program of Golf Dept LLC. It sends operational messages to Golf Dept LLC team members who sign up: task reminders, appointment reminders, daily schedule summaries, and replies to messages they text to the program number. It does not send marketing.

Terms

1. How you opt in: on the sign-up page at trackmylive.com/sms.html, enter your name and mobile number and check the box agreeing to receive texts. You'll get a confirmation text right after. Consent is not a condition of employment or of any purchase.
2. Message frequency: varies, typically up to 10 messages per day.
3. Cost: message and data rates may apply.
4. Opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time. You'll get one final confirmation and no further messages.
5. Help: reply HELP, or contact sales@golfdept.co or (551) 427-1347.
6. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the providers that deliver our messages.
